We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This role will be based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Sales Executive, you will be focused on designing and delivering innovative risk management solutions and providing excellent client service.
As a member of Marsh, a integral leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, you will combine local market knowledge with international support and reach necessary to help organizations tackle complex challenges.
We will count on you to:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic actions such as outbound calls, on-site client visits and attendance at networking events.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to design high-value proposals that address clients’ needs.
