Experteer Overview In this role you drive EHS and risk excellence across AMP-E, aligning with group policies and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will partner with BU leadership to steer risk-based decisions, develop multi-year improvement roadmaps, and foster a strong EHS culture across Europe. You’ll lead adherence to ISO standards, manage business continuity and emergency response, and share best practices across plants. This is an international, impact-focused leadership position that shapes EHS strategy and outcomes across the manufacturing network. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Partner with Operational Leadership to support risk-based decision making • Develop 3-year rolling improvement roadmaps aligned with BU plans • Oversee compliance with EHS permits and legal requirements; maintain auditable transparency • Monitor conformity to ISO 14001, ISO 45001,



ISO 50001 management systems • Coordinate plant and BU self- and site assessments per ARMS EHS/BCM protocols • Drive implementation of EHS standards including ER, energy management and BCM • Share best practices across BU; ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions • Support accurate EHS data reporting and KPI-driven reviews • Develop EHS and risk managers as a network; lead remote, multicultural teams • Represent BU in group-wide EHS/Risk committees and align with Group function Responsabilidades • Degree in engineering or technical science • Post graduate occupational Hu0026S / Environmental / Risk management degree • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing • Ability to lead remotely and in a multiculture environment • Open communication skills • Collaboration across the organization • Motivation and resilience • Organized personality • Business acumen, integrity and ethics • Written communications ability Requisitos principales •
