A Role Where No Two Days Are the Same

What makes this role unique is the mix of Front Desk and hands-on Polo Field & Club Support .

One moment you might be welcoming an international guest, helping organise a lesson or updating the polo schedule, and the next you could be out on the field preparing for a polo session or making sure everything is ready for the next chukkas.

You won’t spend your day sitting behind a desk. You’ll be part of the action , working with different teams and experiencing the day-to-day life of a polo club.

Tasks

Front Desk

Meet people, stay organised & be part of the daily action

-Welcome our international guests and help with check-ins, payments and general enquiries.
-Help organise the daily polo schedule, lessons and chukkas
-Keep guests updated with timings, fields and activities.
-Work closely with our Polo, Sales and Operations teams.
-Help with guest requests, bookings and activities.

Polo Field & Club Support

_Get outside and experience the day-to-day life of a polo club
_
-Help prepare equipment, drinks and guest areas for polo sessions.
-Make sure everything is ready at the right field and at the right time .
-Keep equipment, buggies and operational areas organised, clean and ready to go.
-Help set up and reset guest areas before and after polo sessions.
-Support the team with the practical tasks that keep the club running smoothly.

Requirements





What We’re Looking For

-Fluent English – essential. Conversational Spanish is a plus.
-Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or working with international clients.
-Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and general computer tools.
-Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
-Proactive, versátil and happy to work in a hands-on, active environment .
-Comfortable with last-minute changes and taking initiative.
-Valid driving licence and own transport – essential.

Available to start immediately and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
