⚓ What you’ll do

- Proactive Outreach: Make outbound calls to qualified leads and existing customers.
- Commercial Growth: Identify new sales opportunities and reactivate past customers to build your portfolio.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored travel solutions.
- Closing & Conversion: Handle objections confidently, close high-value bookings, and boost conversion and upselling.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate CRM and take ownership of your sales targets.

? What we are looking for

- Experience: Background in outbound sales, telesales, B2C sales, or business development.
- Commercial Mindset:



Strong results orientation, confidence in making outbound calls, and solid objection-handling/closing skills.
- Industry: Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus.
- Languages: Native-level or C2 German is required (additional languages are a plus).
- Work Authorization: Full right to work in Spain.
- Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts with flexibility to work some weekends.
