Experteer Overview
In this EMC-focused role, you will assess, certify, and document the electromagnetic compatibility of equipment for aerospace and defence projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to define EMC requirements, review documentation, and guide suppliers and system managers toward compliant solutions. Your analyses and tests will ensure equipment operates without interference, while you interpret regulations to extract actionable requirements. This position offers the opportunity to shape EMC strategy and validation activities within a growing sector.

• Review EMC-related documentation for equipment
• Develop EMC management documentation requiring supplier/system manager certification




• Analyze the position and operation of potentially EMC-emitting/susceptible systems within projects
• Conduct EMC studies per regulations under supervision
• Perform analyses and tests to ensure equipment operates without EMI
• Define EMC requirements for projects, determine applicable regulations, and specify testing needs for validation
• Develop design, test, and validation activities related to EMC

Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of EMC in general
• Strong knowledge of EMC regulations, especially DO-160G and MIL-STD-461E
• Knowledge of power calculations, transmission losses, and communications-related aspects
• Ability to interpret regulations and extract requirements
