As a Systems Engineer in Novanta Ru0026amp;A, you will shape safe, high-performance motion control for demanding industrial and medical applications. You’ll focus on functional safety, translating customer needs into system-level requirements, architectures, and verification plans across hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical domains. You’ll develop safety concepts and contribute to safety analyses and certifications, working with a cross-functional team using advanced power electronics.
