Market Research Project Coordinator

Reporting to the managing team and Senior PM, they will be responsible for the following functions:

- Coordinating international projects in Spain reporting to the Project Manager and Managing Directors

- Dealing with suppliers (recruiters, translators and free-lance researchers) and clients

- Translating documents from and into English

- Attending briefs and debriefs online (and F2F when needed)

- Management of online communities, groups and depth interviews, including tech needs that each project requires

- Maintaining our affiliations with market research associations, CRM, and other databases

What we need from the candidate:

- English/Spanish Bilingual -

this is critical

- Computing Skills: MS Office, Internet, Zoom and Teams

- Happy to work with technology





- Experience in administrative functions in multinational environment

- Client and supplier oriented

- Enjoys translating documents from English into Spanish and vice versa

- Availability to travel
