Your role
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll support customers and help create a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
Answering questions and solving problems




Providing information about products and services
Handling customer requests efficiently and professionally
Working with internal systems and digital tools
Collaborating with colleagues from all over Europe
