Responsibilities and duties include:
Lead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results.
Drive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel.
Lead a Regional Network
Manage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations.
Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support during peaks and critical events.
Build Strong Delivery Partnerships
Drive partner performance through scorecards, audits, SLA reviews, and continuous improvement plans.
Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to scale operations efficiently.
Own regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives.
Use data to make fast,



informed operational decisions.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or Business
~6+ year experience in managing a team plus a full P&L; with a strong background in logistics, transportation, express parcel, or last-mile operations.
~ Proven success managing high-volume operations and outsourced delivery models.
~ Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish and able to operate in fast-paced, high growth environments.
