PEGA Developer, hibrido EY Málaga, EspañaDescripción del trabajoPEGA Developer The opportunity You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega Development platform.Responsibilities:Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update managers on progress of tasksContinuously strive towards exceeding client team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignmentsDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnelEnsure on-time delivery of allocated tasksParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updatesParticipate in design, development, QA, deployment and support as requiredCompliance to EY policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc. Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the projectUpdate technical architecture/design and unit test cases and ensure high quality deliverables Building of Technical Assets and AcceleratorsSkills and attributes for successStrong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high quality reports and presentations as neededParticipating in the organization-wide people initiativesHands on experience on at least 5-6 projectsKnowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plusUnderstanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQLShould cross skill and cross train as per the business requirementsTo qualify for the role4+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platformCompleted at least 3-4 end to end Pega project implementationsHandling a small team of Pega developersHands‑on experience in Case Management,



Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), ReportingHands‑on experience in Process Flows, Decision Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File / Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue ProcessorsGood knowledge on UI/UX Portals development rulesGood knowledge on REST, SOAP APIsUnderstanding of Pega application performance tuning activitiesUnderstanding of Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniquesUnderstanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQLGood knowledge on UI, Portals developmentGood knowledge of Pega Best PracticesWorking knowledge of project implementation methodologiesB.Sc, M.Sc, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics Telecommunications, Comp.
