SuiteScript development: Build and maintain NetSuite customisations and JavaScript automations.Workflow optimisation: Create and improve approval flows, notifications, validations, and supporting scripts.Technical implementation: Deliver enhancements based on specifications defined by the Technical Lead and Business Process Owner.Issue resolution: Investigate and fix issues related to scripts, configuration, access, workflows, and approvals.Automated testing & deployment: Contribute to automated testing and deployment processes to ensure safe, repeatable releases.Documentation: Produce technical and user documentation to support consistency and autonomy.Internal applications agent: Help shape and improve an internal applications support agent (content, flows, integration points) to automate common requests.Vendor management: Manage the external provider responsible for NetSuite support and maintenance.RequirementsRelevant studies in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (applications administration, ERP/application logic, or related technical role).Technical skills: JavaScript, SQL, HTML,
