We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Controller to strengthen economic and operational control across our international healthcare infrastructure projects, giving Management and project teams reliable, actionable information on budget, forecast, and progress.

Key responsibilities

- Control project budget, actual costs, commitments, forecast, cash flow and margin.
- Consolidate and validate data,



detect deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs and periodic reporting for Management.
- Track milestones, risks, changes, billing and economic/operational progress.
- Coordinate information with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering and project teams.
- Improve templates, control models and standards for the VAMED WWH PMO.

What we're looking for

- Around 5+ years of experience in project control, controlling or project management.
- Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector highly valued; construction, engineering or infrastructure backgrounds also fit well.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent — real analytical and control ability matters more than the specific degree.
- Advanced Excel essential; Power Query/Power Pivot, ERP and BI tools are a plus.
- Advanced professional English, given constant work with international teams and projects.
