Experteer Overview As a NDT Senior Engineer, you will advance ultrasonic inspection methods and support lab-to-field deployment in demanding nuclear environments. You will contribute to procedure development, validation, and technical justification, while collaborating on new NDT technologies. This role blends research with practical implementation and requires strong documentation and cross-functional teamwork. You’ll work at our San Sebastián de los Reyes HQ in a hybrid setup, driving impact in safety-critical inspections.

Prepare, document, and validate inspection procedures
Contribute to inspection projects involving metallic materials and welded components in the nuclear sector
Prepare technical justifications and supporting docs for procedure qualification activities
Collaborate on Ru0026D and deployment of new NDT technologies and methodologies
Responsabilidades
5+ years of experience developing and applying ultrasonic inspection procedures
Bachelor in a scientific or engineering discipline; Master’s valued
UT Level II or III certification (ISO 9712)
Experience with PAUT and TOFD
Experience with NDT simulation/analysis software (e.g., CIVA, BeamTool, UltraVision)
Knowledge of ASME, ISO, ENIQ, RCC-MR standards
English at least B2 (written and spoken)
Willingness for occasional national and international travel
Experience in test design, data analysis, and technical reporting
Knowledge of NDT procedure qualification processes
