Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will ensure compliance with production standards and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Control : Oversee quality controls on production lines and approve finished product releases.Non-Conformance Management : Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and monitor corrective actions.Audits and Regulations : Assist in maintaining the quality management system (ISO 9001 and applicable food safety regulations).Customer & Supplier Relations :
