If you have a modern approach to sales, an instinct for timing and messaging, and know how to leverage AI and our CRM (Pipedrive) to deliver significant results in a short amount of time, we need to talk. You work in an agile, fast, and highly results-oriented way, bringing startup experience or at least thriving in that autonomous environment.

What you’ll be doing

- Sourcing with creativity: Bringing in fresh, high-quality leads to expand beyond our existing base.

- Driving the conversation: Engaging prospects and existing contacts across Email, LinkedIn, and beyond.

- Owning the pipeline: Tracking responses, managing follow-ups, and knowing exactly where deals stand.

- Maximizing the CRM: Using our system to actively steer the process and spot bottlenecks, not just as a data graveyard.

- Transparent Communication & Reporting: Keeping the team and the CEO in the loop with clear communication and meaningful insights - sharing what works,



what doesn't, and why.

- Leveraging AI: Integrating smart tools into your daily workflow to move faster and smarter.

What you bring

- Sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Fluent English and conversational German (Spanish is a strong bonus!).
- Solid CRM skills, with Pipedrive experience being a huge plus.
- A genuine interest in using AI tools to elevate your sales game.
- An ownership mindset: you manage outcomes, optimize existing processes, and bring your own ideas.
