We are looking for experienced and ambitious Real Estate Agents to develop their career with us in the most sought-after areas of the coast:

? Nueva Andalucía
? Puerto Banús
? Benahavís
? Estepona – Sotogrande
We are particularly interested in agents who know the local market, are commercially driven, proactive, and capable of building lasting relationships with both property owners and international buyers.

Who we are looking for
Previous experience in real estate is highly valued, particularly within the Marbella and Costa del Sol market. We are looking for people with strong communication and negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a clear focus on results.
Fluent English and Spanish are essential. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
