In this role at Gallagher Re Madrid, you will own and manage a portfolio of reinsurance clients, leading engagements through the full placement and renewal cycle. You will leverage global expertise to deliver tailored Property u0026amp; Casualty reinsurance solutions, collaborating with insurers, reinsurers, and internal specialists. The position offers significant ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow the Spanish business in a dynamic market.

You will work with senior stakeholders across an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment to drive growth and client value.

- Structure, market, and place Property u0026 Casualty reinsurance programmes

- Build and maintain relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and industry stakeholders

- Negotiate terms with reinsurance markets on behalf of clients
- Travel within Spain to meet clients and support business development
- Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver integrated solutions

Responsabilidades

- Experience in Property u0026 Casualty reinsurance (broker or carrier)
- Independent client relationship xugodme management and reinsurance placements
- Track record of delivering client outcomes and long-term relationships
- Knowledge of the Spanish insurance and reinsurance market
- Experience managing renewal processes and placement cycles
- Ability to translate client needs into practical reinsurance solutions
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, commercial approach to growth
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese beneficial
- Ability to work across teams and international locations
