You will lead a talented team of 3 to 5 data analysts, overseeing the analysis of massive programmatic advertising datasets. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality insights to shape your product development..Your tasks and responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3-5 data analysts. Own the team's operational workflow, prioritize incoming analytical requests from cross-functional stakeholders, and optimize delivery timelines.- Deep-dive into massive, fast-moving RTB datasets to decode auction dynamics, diagnose market fluctuations, and identify revenue opportunities; translate these findings into automated, self-service BI frameworks that democratize data access and eliminate ad-hoc extraction across the business.- Define and implement frameworks for peer review, data validation, and documentation. Ensure that all insights, models and custom dashboards delivered by the team meet the highest standards of statistical accuracy.- Work directly with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering as a technical peer to define how performance signals are monitored, and translate complex data trends into actionable product decisions.Empower Self-Service BI:Drive the strategy for automated reporting and data democratization,



reducing ad-hoc data extraction requests and enabling other teams to make data-driven decisions independently.Skills and requirements:- Technical degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science.- 5+ years of experience in data-heavy analysis or business intelligence roles, with a proven track record in digital advertising or marketplace environments.- 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team of data professionals (as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Manager).- Fluency with Big Data: Expert-level mastery of SQL and strong capability to work independently in Python or R notebooks for advanced data manipulation.- Excellent written and verbal communication.
