In this role you will design, deploy, and support SAP-based Commercial solutions across OTC, Sales, Pricing, and related processes, aligning ERP capabilities with Corteva’s global strategy. You bridge IT and business across SAP and non-SAP systems to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into end-to-end designs, drive the ERP Commercial roadmap, and optimize system performance and data integrity. This position offers impact through shaping the commercial technology landscape at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into ERP designs
• Design end-to-end solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP GTS, and related modules
• Configure SAP systems based on designs and customize standard functionalities
• Develop enhancements and custom solutions as needed
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP configurations and developments
• Integrate SAP solutions with eCommerce, SAP GTS, and third-party apps
• Collaborate with integration teams on interfaces, data mappings, and middleware
• Ensure data consistency across integrated systems
• Provide ongoing SAP support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Monitor system health and apply patches/upgrades as needed
• Document solution designs and procedures for knowledge sharing
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams




• Stay updated on SAP technologies, releases, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and capabilities
• Participate in projects to upgrade or migrate SAP systems to newer versions or cloud platforms

Responsabilidades
• Prior domain experience supporting Commercial processes in large integral organizations
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, including SO management, Pricing, Billing, and Customer Master Data
• Experience designing solutions for aATP, DRC, Vistex, Sales Pricing, Rebates, and Commercial Reporting
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable SAP and non-SAP solutions
• Fit-gap analysis, effort estimation, and opportunity identification for improvements
• Strong SAP integration knowledge, APIs, middleware, and external system integration
• Ability to work in fast-paced projects with multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results across teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with implementation partners, managed service providers, and third-party vendors preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years SAP experience
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Commercial capabilities
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, BW/4HANA, APIs, Integration Platforms, and ABAP is preferred
• SAP Certifications a plus
