As a Senior Web Data Analyst at BESTSECRET in Málaga, you will own data projects from concept to delivery, turning raw data into actionable insights for buying, product, and commercial teams. You’ll bridge data engineering and strategy to drive data-informed decisions that scale our profitable growth model. You will design scalable data models and dashboards, run A/B tests, and mentor peers, helping shape how the business optimizes member experiences. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong impact on strategic outcomes.

• 3-5 years of professional experience with SQL and Python in data analytics or data engineering

• Proficiency in A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical validation
• Experience with Git and collaborative development practices
• Background in Big Data workflows and distributed data processing
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management, with clear communication to non-technical partners
• Self-directed learner with proactive mindset and agile working mentality
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
