⚓What you’ll do
- Coach & Elevate: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales agents through daily floor support and real-time feedback.
- Drive Commercial Growth: Boost conversion, upselling, revenue, CSAT, and quality KPIs across the team.
- Master Sales Techniques: Train your team on consultative selling, objection handling, and high-value deal closing.
- Operations & Escalations: Manage real-time shift flow and assist agents with complex customer scenarios.
?What we are looking for
- Experience:
4 years in target-driven sales (experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or OTAs is a strong plus).
- Leadership: Strong leadership potential is essential (Previous Team Leader experience is a plus).
- Languages: German Native-level is required (additional languages are a plus).
- Work Authorization: Full right to work in Spain.
- Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts and some weekends.
