You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions while leading a team of engineers and driving technical excellence across projects.High english level is required. Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and systemsDefine technical architecture, coding standards, and best practicesMentor engineers through code reviews, guidance, and technical leadershipCollaborate with Product, UX, QA, and other stakeholders to define solutionsEnsure high-quality code via testing, reviews, and best practices adherenceDrive adoption of modern technologies, tools, and processesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical challengesManage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainabilitySupport planning, estimation, and prioritization of development workPromote innovation, continuous learning, and team collaboration Mandatory requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field7+ years of software development experience,



including 2–3 years in a leadership roleStrong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practicesSolid expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and system integrationHands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, Commerce Cloud)Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Copado, and SFDXKnowledge of data analysis, KPI/reporting, data migration, and data quality managementAbility to work with SQL/SOQLProficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex challengesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluent English (additional languages are a plus)Availability to travel occasionally (10–20%)English C1 Nice to have:Salesforce certificationsExperience in large-scale enterprise environmentsKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practicesExposure to multi-cloud architectures ¿What can we offer?
