In this role you lead SAP HCM initiatives to deliver end-to-end HR processes across international environments. You will partner with business stakeholders to standardize solutions, manage AMS delivery, and drive successful go-lives. You’ll act as a functional lead for Payroll, PA, and TM while shaping SAP best practices. This position sits in Siemens GBS, a diverse, innovation-driven hub focused on digital transformation. You will contribute to a sustainable future by enabling efficient HR services.

• Lead SAP HCM projects from initiation through go-live with scope, timeline, and quality governance
• Capture and analyze business requirements, refine solutions, and promote SAP standardization
• Own and manage AMS service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
• Serve as the functional lead and escalation point for complex Payroll, PA, and TM issues
• Prepare functional specifications, support testing, and coordinate deployments and post-go-live support
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as trusted advisor on SAP HCM processes and solutions





Responsabilidades
• 8-10+ years of SAP HCM experience with Payroll, PA, and TM expertise
• Experience in international and multi-country payroll environments
• End-to-end SAP HCM project delivery experience
• AMS management experience including SLA/KPI monitoring and governance
• Knowledge of Payroll processing schemas/PCRs, ALE posting, payroll accounting integration, and legal reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP standard solutions with best-practice recommendations
• Experience leading customer-facing discussions and coordinating onshore and offshore teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills; proactive and autonomous
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Availability to travel as required
