Experteer Overview
In this role you will optimize Rover’s Zendesk-based CRM ecosystem to enhance customer and internal experience. You will work within a small, cross-functional Applications team to plan, implement, and improve Zendesk and adjacent tools at scale. You’ll tackle large feature rollouts, migrations, and integrations while mentoring teammates and shaping platform roadmaps. This position offers impact across international operations and a culture that values cloud–first, agile practices and continuous improvement.

• Evaluate and optimize Rover's Zendesk usage and adjacent apps to improve efficiency
• Lead or contribute to projects impacting supported applications (feature rollouts, migrations, integrations, optimization)
• Triage and resolve internal issues escalated by front-line support, balancing with project work
• Maintain expert-level Zendesk knowledge and surface features that boost processes and outcomes
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Contribute domain expertise to operations and product roadmaps, improving usability, scalability,



and efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years administering and optimizing Zendesk for established businesses (ideally international) with leadership of complex functionality
• Deep understanding of Zendesk configuration (Triggers, Macros, Tags, Skills, Omnichannel Routing)
• Strong familiarity with Zendesk APIs for data extraction and actions
• Ability to translate business needs into application functionality and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Curiosity, drive, and strong project management/communication skills
• Customer- and solutions-focused mindset
