Experteer Overview
In this role you will bring at least a decade of experience in technical studies and managing industrial construction projects to Horse Technologies in Valladolid. You will lead cross-functional project efforts, apply strong communication and negotiation skills, and collaborate with an international team to advance our net-zero ambitions in the automotive powertrain sector. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with travel opportunities and a temporary contract. You will help shape delivery of important industrial initiatives within a growing global organization.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in technical studies and management of industrial construction projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Solid technical management skills and teamwork with a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and Horse Powertrain’s ambitions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Full availability to travel
• Temporary contract
