In this role you own the Talent Growth roadmap and tech enablement, shaping skills-driven development and internal mobility across NTT DATA Inc. You will align talent strategy with skills data, workforce demand, and employee experience to improve skills visibility and personalized growth. You lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a scalable Talent Growth capability, partnering across People u0026amp; Culture, Talent, Learning, IT, and data teams.

You’ll enable learning pathways, career growth, and intelligent talent opportunities in a dynamic, global setting. This is a chance to drive transformation in a large services organization through innovative HR tech and analytics.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Translate Talent Growth strategy into measurable outcomes, platform capabilities, user journeys, and backlog priorities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle for Talent Growth across the organization
- Shape the technology roadmap to support a skills-driven operating model
- Define how technology enables personalized growth opportunities (learning, career development, internal mobility, gigs, projects, mentoring)
- Collaborate with People u0026 Culture, Talent, Learning, IT, Data, Architecture, Change, and stakeholders to translate needs into capabilities
- Align market and workforce demand with employee skills data to form a coherent Talent Growth strategy
- Manage product backlog with value, scalability, and feasibility in mind; define MVPs for new capabilities
- Work with delivery teams and vendors to translate requirements into features and increments




- Improve skills visibility, gap analysis, and personalized learning recommendations; support internal mobility
- Define skills data foundations, governance, reporting, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions
- Champion a simple, intuitive employee experience for discovering skills and growth opportunities
- Engage senior stakeholders on direction, adoption, and investment; balance global standardization with regional needs
- Support adoption, awareness, and change initiatives for a skills-driven organization
- Monitor performance, adoption, and value, refining the product over time
- Evaluate emerging talent technologies and AI-enabled capabilities; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security

Responsabilidades

- Proven product ownership/management experience with lifecycle and backlog management
- Strong understanding of talent growth, learning, internal mobility, and workforce planning
- Experience xugodme shaping technology roadmaps for talent or learning capabilities
- Experience in global or multi-country organizations, ideally in tech services or enterprise environments
- Ability to translate strategy into outcomes, journeys, and delivery roadmaps
- Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders across People u0026 Culture, IT, data, architecture, and vendors
- Experience defining MVPs and making trade-offs between value, UX, cost, and risk
- Experience with HR platforms and HR tech ecosystems; exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Phenom, ServiceNow (advantageous)
- Experience driving adoption and value realization for enterprise tech products
