In this Senior GL Accountant role in Barcelona, you will own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process and lead revenue documentation. You will act as a core accounting expert, partnering with FinOps and Financial Systems to harmonize processes and deliver Revenue Recognition and Revenue Assurance documentation. You will build flowcharts, support audits, and collaborate with IT to shape the ideal ERP structure.

You will work with local, regional, and HQ finance teams to enhance processes and influence the company’s financial accuracy and efficiency.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own end-to-end OTC and PtP processes from an accounting perspective
- Map gaps and drive global process harmonization across regions
- Document OTC processes with detailed flowcharts and reference materials
- Support annual financial audits for OTC and related cycles
- Collaborate with IT and FinOps to design the ideal financial systems and ERP structure




- Prepare and document Revenue Recognition processes in line with accounting standards
- Produce Revenue Assurance documentation across Glovo
- Support month-end closing with accurate financial statements

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of accounting or audit experience in multinational companies with a focus on O2C/Revenue cycle
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 / Revenue Recognition
- Hands-on experience documenting processes, flowcharts, and controls
- Experience collaborating with FinOps, IT, or Financial Systems teams
- xugodme English fluency (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA or similar tier-1 ERPs; ERP migration or systems mapping is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, proactive process improvement mindset
