Senior IT Project Manager with SAP focus leads complex SAP initiatives across regions, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and clear business value. You work as a bridge between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and external partners to drive transformation across SAP landscapes. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and seamless deployment from initiation to operations.

You will shape SAP programs that enable digital advancements and scalable processes in a multinational setting.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP projects and programs across functions, regions, and processes
- Manage SAP transformation, rollout, migration, upgrade, integration, and optimization initiatives
- Define scope, objectives, success criteria, assumptions, and dependencies with stakeholders
- Develop and control detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate SAP functional, development, Basis, reporting teams, business process owners, and external partners
- Ensure alignment with SAP architecture, integration requirements, governance standards, and process goals
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and escalations (data migration, testing, cutover)
- Drive stakeholder management and transparent communication with sponsors, steering committees, and IT leadership
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve escalations; prepare governance decisions as needed




- Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards are followed; monitor progress and quality
- Coordinate testing, training, change enablement, go-live readiness, hypercare, and transition to operations
- Deliver high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction

Responsabilidades

- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects/programs with a SAP focus across locations and teams
- Experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, upgrades, or transformations; SAP S/4HANA or cloud initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end processes and modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, SCM, EWM, BW/BI, Basis) or related integrations
- Senior project management expertise with certifications (IPMA C/B, PMI, PRINCE2, or agile)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional xugodme SAP teams, business process owners, key users, and external partners
- Solid governance knowledge: steering committees, risk/issue/change control, budget tracking, resource coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities to structure SAP dependencies and decisions
- Ability to prioritize and deliver in a dynamic, international, business-critical environment
- Fluent English; German or additional languages are an advantage
