In this Finance Analyst role, you will support the financial close, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure compliance with audits and tax requirements. You’ll work closely with management, auditors, and external advisors to enable timely, transparent financial reporting and strong balance sheet governance. You will analyze financial data to inform business decisions and contribute to process improvements. This is an opportunity to help HBX Group scale its financial operations during a period of significant change.

• Prepare audit documentation and respond to auditor requests to support clean audit reports
• Review and prepare manual journal entries ensuring policy compliance
• Monitor monthly closing activities and ensure timely, accurate month-end processes
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, identify risks and improvements, escalate to Finance Manager
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet and Pu0026L reviews, highlight issues and trends
• Support external advisors with local tax reporting data and analysis
• Assist Finance Operations with ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, controls,



and reporting accuracy

Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and improvements
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP platforms
• Experience supporting internal and external audits
• Knowledge of local tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Experience in a shared services, finance operations, or multinational environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
