In this role you drive the monetization and engagement strategy for Asphalt Legends, shaping its long-term financial health. You collaborate with Game Leadership, Design, and Marketing to set a multi-year roadmap aligned with aggressive commercial targets. You lead data-driven live ops, monetization innovations, and KPI forecasting to de-risk decisions, while mentoring the team and representing the game to internal and external stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to scale a global racing title and influence its player-driven growth.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Define multi-year roadmap in partnership with Game Leadership to meet commercial targets
- Lead Live Ops strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
- Own end-to-end monetization lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization
- Oversee hypothesis-driven data analysis, A/B testing,



and KPI forecasting to support decisions
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
- Serve as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 with internal and external stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years of Product Management in F2P games (mobile/PC/console)
- Proven impact on monetization and retention for live titles
- Analytical mastery with ability to translate data into business insights
- Proficiency with advanced analytics tools
- Excellent presentation xugodme and documentation skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree highly valued
- Fluent English, written and spoken
