• Lead: Act as a go-to technical contributor for debugging and problem-solving, contributing to architecture decisions and engineering standards, and raising team effectiveness by mentoring junior engineers.You Have:4-6+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or platform environments.Strong hands-on experience building production-grade backend systems and APIs with proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.Deep experience with AWS services, Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines,
