Join Schwarz Digits as part of the Service u0026amp; Support team for HR Systems. You will troubleshoot Workforce Management tools for HR Key users across Lidl, Kaufland and Schwarz Group, and collaborate with internal and external dev teams. You’ll prioritize, document, and process error tickets while training local support teams and continuously optimizing support processes.

You act as the primary contact for application support and help prevent long-term HR disruptions through proactive and reactive problem management. This role combines international teamwork with a focus on agility and security in a digital-sovereignty context.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Troubleshoot HR systems for HR key users and business solutions colleagues across the Schwarz Group
- Prioritize, analyze, document, and process incoming error tickets




- Collaborate with specialist departments and internal and external development teams
- Provide training sessions to local support departments
- Continuously optimize support processes and operations
- Perform proactive and reactive problem management to prevent disruptions
- Serve as the primary service contact person for application support

Responsabilidades

- University degree in Information Technology or related field (desirable)
- Professional experience in IT support tasks xugodme or IT projects
- Experience with Support Ticketing Systems (ideally)
- Fluent English (must-have)
- German language proficiency at least B2 (very desirable)
- Strong analytical skills and interconnected thinking
- Motivation to familiarize with new topics
- Teamwork in an international environment
- Results-oriented with a can-do attitude, adaptability and resourcefulness
- ITIL knowledge is a plus
