WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ~ English C1 or higher – written and spoken. ~+5 years of experience creating advanced software packages in enterprise environments. ~+5 years of experience managing end-to-end software packaging requests, coordinating multiple requests simultaneously. ~ Strong expertise in scripting: PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT. ~ Solid hands-on experience with software packaging tools (e.g., Orca)



and formats such as MSI, MSIX, Intunewin. ~ Proven experience in software distribution platforms: Microsoft SCCM and Intune. ~ Valuable experience integrating packaging processes into broader IT service and deployment workflows. ~ Knowledge of networks, databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB), software development, and API management. ~ Solid experience working with Agile, ITIL, or similar service management methodologies. ~ Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. ~ Clear internal customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. ~ Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
