Role Description The Spain Country Manager will oversee VESTA’s business operations and growth in Spain, ensuring strong market presence and alignment with corporate strategy. This full-time, on-site role based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona preferable) involves developing and executing country-level sales and marketing plans, building and managing relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes leading local distributors, setting performance targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and ensuring that VESTA solutions meet local customer and regulatory requirements.

The Spain Country

Manager will collaborate closely with headquarters on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting,



and will represent VESTA at industry events, customer meetings, and professional networks. Day-to-day activities also include coordinating product launches, supporting major bids and projects, and promoting a culture of compliance, safety, and high performance.

Qualifications

- Business and commercial skills: experience in country or regional management, sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning in B2B environments.
- At least 5 years of experience in Spain, in the electronic security industry, with a focus on intrusion detection and CCTV systems.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Security industry and technical skills: knowledge of electronic security, intrusion systems, video surveillance, and relevant European certifications and regulations.
- Marketing and relationship management skills: ability to drive market positioning, manage key accounts, develop partnerships, and represent the brand with external stakeholders.
- Leadership and organizational skills: proven experience leading teams, setting goals, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: capability to interpret market data, build forecasts, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Other beneficial qualifications: Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally abroad, and a customer-focused, ethical approach
