In this role you translate ambitious goals into measurable KPIs and drive cross-functional execution to support growth and improved performance in the Customer Identity domain. You will partner with teams across Product, Tech, Data, Operations, MLROs, Compliance, Growth, and Finance to deliver high-impact initiatives. You’ll refine segment strategies, build compelling business cases, and monitor product and unit-economy KPIs to steer strategic investments.

- Refine segment strategy to enable data-driven trade-offs for the Customer Due Diligence group
- Act as SME on Customer Identity products (AML questionnaire, tax, address modules at onboarding; KYCO automations; Identity Lifecycle)
- Drive KPI discipline with regular performance reviews against core targets
- Identify and prioritize growth and regulatory opportunities, driving innovation and efficiency
- Build robust business cases evaluating ROI and guiding high-impact investments




- Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with clear ownership and timely delivery
- Monitor performance and optimize product KPIs, unit economics, and SLA delivery by partners
- Coordinate across Product, Tech, Data, Operations, MLROs, Compliance, Growth, Finance to resolve blockers and drive execution on complex topics

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 3 years in fintech/banking/consulting or B2C startups with topics like customer identity, AML/KYC, KYC ops automation, funnel optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics xugodme or related field from a top-tier institution
- Experience building business cases and making data-driven recommendations
- Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end and managing stakeholders including MLROs, Compliance, Risk, and Operations
- Strong problem-solving ability to structure analyses and derive insights
