? About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team in Valencia.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing top talent for a variety of roles, and delivering excellent candidate experience.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, as you will support an international and multicultural environment.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills, including proactive search techniques.
- Excellent interview and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in Valencia or willing to relocate, as this is an on-site position.
