Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and govern Allianz’s global capacity planning strategy to ensure the workforce meets operational, financial, and customer commitments. You will act as the global functional owner for Capacity Planning, shaping methodologies, governance, and investment principles for scalability across Business Units. You’ll translate demand and priorities into workforce plans, staffing strategies, and resource allocation decisions, partnering with Operations, Finance, HR and leadership. Aimed at enabling sustainable performance, you’ll drive scenario planning, predictive modelling, and end-to-end WFM alignment in a fast-moving, multi-country environment.

• Define and evolve the global Capacity Planning strategy, governance framework, and operating model across all Business Units and Lines of Business
• Translate objectives, forecasts and targets into workforce requirements and strategic staffing plans
• Lead long-term workforce investment planning and scenario-based decision making
• Develop and maintain integral planning assumptions, models, and sizing methodologies
• Represent Capacity Planning in executive governance forums and align with OPS-Finance on staffing within budget
• Partner with Forecasting, Scheduling, Operations, and Finance for an end-to-end WFM approach
• Serve as integral SPOC for the RSA Line of Business to ensure alignment across planning and operations
• Establish governance forums and rhythms to review requirements and readiness
• Provide executive recommendations on allocation, hiring, productivity, and optimization opportunities
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and capacity assessments with scenario analysis
• Influence senior leadership on growth, transformation, and opportunities with data-driven insights
• Certify alignment of capacity plans with volume forecasts and scheduling feedback
• Monitor local KPIs (SLA, AHT, ASA, Shrinkage) and drive global remediation actions
• Deliver executive dashboards, capacity reports, and strategic decision papers
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness of capacity reporting
• Lead a high-performing global capacity planning organization and develop capabilities across the function
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Operations Planning, or strategic workforce analytics
• Experience operating in complex multi-country, multi-business-unit, matrix setups
• Proven track record in global planning methodologies, governance, and workforce strategies
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders on hiring, investment, and cost optimization
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus
