Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the coherent application of UMS across the site, turning losses into cost using loss trees and cost deployment. You will drive Focused Improvement and Kaizen as the site expert, teaching problem-solving tools and mentoring leaders and operators. You’ll coach semi-autonomous teams, ensure adherence to the UMS plan, and develop local training material while supporting SHE and environmental goals. This is a hands-on, teaching-focused engineering role that blends maintenance, improvement and mentoring to deliver loss reduction and eco-efficient operation.

• Apply UMS techniques across the site under the ManEx Leader, using cost deployment and loss trees to convert losses to cost
• Prioritise equipment, training and process interventions (4Ms) based on loss analysis
• Teach, coach and mentor semi-autonomous and autonomous teams to use UMS tools and link to loss reduction
• Ensure teams follow the UMS Pillar Plan and conduct UMS assessments to reduce losses and waste
• Lead and facilitate UMS workshops on priority losses, collaborating with HR, Skills Trainer and Manufacturing Manager




• Develop local UMS training materials leveraging global resources
• Apply safety and environmental procedures; embed UMS activities in a SHE culture and support risk assessments for Autonomous Activities and Preventative Maintenance
• Implement and support UMS initiatives that reduce environmental impact and cost via eco-efficient operation
• Support Quality Manager with Quality Improvement tools and ensure Quality Maintenance tools are applied, including analysis of quality losses
• Champion additional performance areas as required by the Factory Director (e.g. eco-efficiency, diversity)

Responsabilidades
• Engineering Degree (essential)
• Experienced CI Practitioner capable of teaching/mentoring across CI and Quality Improvement tools
• Preferred FMCG manufacturing experience and project-management exposure
• Capable of leading Kaizen and other improvement tools with teams
• Spanish native or professional proficiency; English at B2 level
• Understanding of changing demands and role of marketing/product innovation
