As Legal Counsel for the Airport Business Unit, you enable compliant, commercially successful deals across global markets. You work autonomously in one or more domains, advising product, engineering, and sales teams while managing legal risk. Your role connects legal strategy with business objectives to move projects from concept to market. This position offers meaningful impact in shaping integral travel tech partnerships and ensuring sustainable, ethical outcomes.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support product and commercial activity in the BU, focusing on supplier deals and GEO-based customer deals
• Provide advice to portfolio/product managers, engineering, and sales teams on legal issues
• Conduct complex risk assessments and plan/address legal/compliance risks for BU projects
• Assist Purchasing with supplier contracts and negotiations
• Maintain clear internal communications and relationships




• Draft clearly and communicate complex legal/factual matters
• Advise on SITA policies and BU-related procedures
• Provide cross-functional support and influence management with concise, empathetic English communications
• Demonstrate organizational discipline and report on team work in clear formats

Responsabilidades
• Law degree and licensed in key region (e.g., Spain, UK, US, Germany)
• At least 7 years post-qualification experience in private practice and industry
• Strong focus on commercial negotiations and technology-driven business environments (digital platforms, travel tech)
• High ownership, commercial acumen, ability to work in detail with direction
• Analytical mind with strong contract understanding and stakeholder negotiation skills
