Experteer Overview
In this role you will support clients by designing and improving cybersecurity processes and controls across multiple domains. You will work on challenging projects with cross-functional teams, contribute to risk assessments and threat mitigation, and help implement security tools and governance practices. You’ll engage with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment, staying current with threat landscapes and new technologies. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, implement, and improve cybersecurity processes, controls, and technologies for clients
• Participate in projects across Security Operations, Cloud Security, IAM, Threat Detection u0026 Response, Vulnerability Management, and GRC
• Analyze risks, incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats, delivering actionable recommendations
• Implement and operate security tools and platforms
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to align cybersecurity with objectives
• Support security assessments, audits, compliance activities, and remediation




• Prepare documentation and presentations for clients and project teams
• Identify opportunities to improve security processes and efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging security technologies

Responsabilidades
• 1+ year of experience in one or more cybersecurity domains (e.g., Security Operations, SIEM, Incident Response, Cloud Security, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Security Architecture, GRC, or Cyber Risk)
• Experience with cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, or processes
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and best practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
