Experteer Overview
In this role, you will guide teams through adopting and consolidating agile practices, ensuring Scrum and Kanban are implemented effectively. You will configure and manage Jira to support backlog structure, boards, and workflows, and help the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization. You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies and enable continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams, driving meaningful transformation with autonomy and clear communication.

• Support initial adoption of agile methodologies and guide operational implementation of Scrum and Kanban.
• Configure Jira for Scrum/Kanban projects, create boards, epics, stories, tasks, and bugs, and ensure proper tool usage.




• Assist Product Owner with backlog organization, refinement, and clear story definitions with acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate estimation and prioritization using Planning Poker and value/effort criteria.
• Facilitate agile events: Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives, User Story Mapping, project inception, alignment workshops.

Responsabilidades
• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
• Proficiency in Jira setup, workflows, boards, and backlog management.
