As University Recruiter for Veeva’s Consultant Development Program, you will drive early-career sourcing across the UK, Germany, and Spain and build strong university partnerships. You’ll lead campus events, nurture referral networks, and manage a high-touch pre-boarding experience to accelerate conversions. The role operates within a mission-driven, fast-moving culture that values speed, integrity, and employee success.

You’ll contribute to shaping top European talent pipelines in a Work Anywhere environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Proactive sourcing and outreach of early-career talent across Western Europe in collaboration with Talent Marketing
- Assess and align regional candidate pipelines with program needs
- Plan and execute university career events, fairs, and info sessions across target locations




- Build and maintain a long-term referral network through internal and university communities
- Drive high-touch pre-boarding and candidate engagement from offer to start date, including cohort networking
- Continuously evaluate sourcing channels and hiring processes to improve speed and simplicity via iterative campaigns

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on early-career/university recruiting in Europe
- Location based and work-authorized in the European Union
- Fluent in English xugodme and Spanish
- Execution mindset with emphasis on speed, accuracy, and operational excellence
- Clear, concise, and humble communication with strong stakeholder management skills
- Data and process focus, comfortable using candidate assessment tools and tracking metrics
