Experteer Overview
In this Engineering Manager role, you drive team capability development and empower engineers to shape their career paths. You’ll lead the delivery of ERP-focused solutions within the ASPIRE program, removing impediments and aligning work with product roadmaps. You’ll balance performance, sustainability, and collaboration across functions to deliver high-quality software and services. This role offers the impact of shaping a centralized SAP-based core that supports patient access to healthcare and sustainable operations.

• Develop team capabilities aligned with project goals and vision
• Remove roadblocks and set clear performance objectives
• Lead and support end-to-end delivery of features per the product roadmap
• Manage stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
• Co-create the Product/Service Roadmap from a technical perspective with Product Manager
• Ensure healthy team dynamics, psychological safety, and sustainable pace




• Establish architectural governance and alignment across programs, especially ASPIRE
• Drive process improvements and efficiency across teams and functions

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in people leadership, product/service management, or similar
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
• Bachelor or advanced degree
• Understanding of software development and/or service delivery methodologies
• Understanding of solution, information and process architecture
• Ability to define clear outcomes and maintain delivery focus
• Executive presence with business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Proven experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams
• Experience with ERP architecture and governance (ASPIRE program)
