We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) with extensive experience in SAP DMS and PLM for the integral Giesecke+Devrient Group. This position offers the opportunity to join the Regional Center Spain and collaborate with an international team of SAP process and application experts. You will play a key role in expanding our SAP team, strengthening relationships with business users, supporting daily operations, and delivering innovative solutions in document management and product lifecycle. In addition to handling user requests, you will participate in SAP projects and rollouts on a global scale. Flexibility and adaptability are essential in our dynamic environment.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide technical consultancy in the fields ofDocument Management System (DMS)andProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM)solutions in SAPConfigure, customize and troubleshoot PLM add-on solutionsfor document lifecycle management and content server integrationDesign and optimizeSAP DMS workflows , approval processes, digital signature integration, and document search/indexing functionalityResolve file conversion issues (Seal/CIDEON Conversion Solution)Performdaily system monitoring(SM13, SM58) and proactively resolve update terminations, iDoc errors, and interface issuesImplement IT work packages in projects and provide technical concepts and documentationDevelop, customize and provide3rd level supportfor PLM, SAP DMS, Material Master, and file conversion solutionsYour Profile5+ years of professional experienceas technical consultant in the area ofDocument Management Systemand in the field ofPLM solutionsDeep expertise in Pronovia/ProPLMClientconfiguration, customizing, and troubleshooting (content server connectivity, document workflows, PDF generation)Profound knowledge of theSAP Document Management System (DMS) , including document approval workflows, version management, office integration, and content repository architectureSolid understanding ofProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM)processes in SAP,
