Experteer Overview
In this role you bridge business and technology to translate incoming project requests into actionable requirements for development teams. You work with stakeholders to define high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, guided by the Technical Lead. You collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment, manage backlog items, and improve requirement delivery. This position offers impact through shaping API-driven solutions and cross-functional delivery within an international context.

• Act as main point of contact for incoming project requests and new development needs
• Analyze business requirements and assess impact across systems, APIs, and services
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Technical Lead to validate solutions and constraints

• Prioritize and refine backlog items for clarity and feasibility

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or similar roles in software development
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, services)
• Proven experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria (Agile/Scrum)
• Analytical mindset with ability to balance business and technical perspectives
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Experience with cross-functional teams in an international context is a plus
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn under guidance from senior/technical profiles
