Experteer Overview
In this role you will implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for clients, focusing on data models (corporate, succession, country-specific), business rules, and workflows. You will translate business requirements into precise system configurations that support HR processes. You’ll work to ensure scalable and compliant EC solutions and contribute to successful HRIS deployments. This is an opportunity to shape how organizations manage employee data and core HR workflows.
