5+ years of experience in software engineering, integration projects, or technical leadership.
~ Proven experience leading integration projects involving Kafka, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and Change Data Capture (CDC). (Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
~ GraphQL is a plus).
~ Experience with JIRA (backlog management, sprint planning, workflow coordination, and task tracking).
~ Experience conducting code reviews and promoting coding standards, quality assurance, and best practices.
~ Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in distributed environments.
~ Experience validating Kafka events, schema evolution,



and event transformation processes.
~ Professional level of English. (Confluent Kafka certification or hands-on experience with the Confluent Platform.
Experience with cloud event-streaming services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of GraphQL.
Lead the technical delivery of integration initiatives based on Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Coordinate onboarding activities across multiple teams and ensure successful project execution.
Manage and coordinate technical tasks through JIRA, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and promote quality assurance processes.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues in distributed systems and drive root-cause analysis.
Validate Kafka events, event transformations, and schema evolution in production environments.
