As part of our retail expansion, we are opening a new boutique in Valencia and looking for passionate leaders to help us shape this new chapter for the brand.
As Store Manager, you will lead the opening and development of the boutique, ensuring excellence across client experience, team leadership, operations and commercial performance.
You will play a key role in building the store culture from the very beginning, creating a strong and motivated team while delivering a premium and personalized experience for both local and international clients.
You will be responsible for leading the team towards achieving store objectives and business performance targets.
Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-oriented culture.
Coach the team on client experience, storytelling and sales techniques.
Set clear objectives and monitor team performance.
Lead by example on the sales floor.
Build long-term relationships with local and international clients.
Ensure the boutique reflects the image and values of the brand at all times.
Commercial Performance
Drive sales, productivity and KPI achievement.
Identify opportunities to improve boutique performance and client engagement.
Coordinate stock management and inventory controls.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation.
Previous experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in premium or luxury retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Commercial mindset with analytical awareness.
Fluent, English and Spanish required.
