Proposing and developing new ideas for new products, features, and solutions for the category
Preparation of specifications and documentation for new products and product changes
Ensuring the corporate design of the product aligned with Design department
Trends follow up,

Driving make or buy process
Technical product training to sales force
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferable engineering background
Knowledge of European market demands, product xbhjioe standards, or compliance requirements, and proficiency in English as a working language is preferred
Proved more than 10 years' experience in the industry
Fluent English business
Excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, project promotion abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
