Harnest Label Industries is one of Bangladesh's leading vertically integrated manufacturers of trims, accessories, textile components, sewing threads, covered yarns, elastics, labels, packaging, and related solutions for integral apparel and retail customers.
We are seeking an experienced European Sales Agent to drive new business across apparel, sportswear, workwear, socks, trims, and accessories.
This is a commercially focused role for someone with an established network of European brands, retailers, sourcing offices, and Tier 1 manufacturers. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Europe to achieve revenue targets and introduce decision-makers to Harnest.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership and production teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.
Provide continued feedback on pricing structures, sales tool requirements, and market/customer insights to help build the business.
Client Relationship Management:




Develop and nurture relationships with Tier 1 manufacturers and apparel/interior brand sourcing houses.
Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring sales satisfaction, renewed orders, and retention.
Represent Harnest at European trade shows, seminars, and forums from time to time as required to expand company awareness, build networks, and generate new business leads.
Recommend sales and marketing materials aimed at targeted market segments.
Showcase Harnest's product portfolio, including elastics, sewing threads, covered yarns, socks, and packaging solutions.
Highlight the value of Harnest's offerings, including true value for high quality, fast production timelines, and ESG alignment.
